What kind of events can I host at the Banquet Hall?
How many people can I have at my event?
For theatre style events (chairs only, no tables) the maximum guest count is 400.
For events like weddings and birthday parties the maximum guest count is 300. An Example of that is 38 round tables with eight chairs per table. With room for entertainment or the bridal party on the stage. Buffet tables, appetizer tables and gift tables.
What are my seating options?
We have 5 foot round tables that sit 6-10 per table, with 8 being the most comfortable. (For example, a 200 guest wedding could be 25 round tables with eight per table. With plenty of room for an aisle for the bride.)
We have 8 foot rectangle tables. Those would usually go around the perimeter of the building and are usually used for the food buffet/food table and cake tables. These are not usually used for seating at a formal event.
We also have a few 6 foot rectangle tables that fit nicely into the corners for somebody to put a printer on or a check-in table. They are small tables that work nicely in tight spaces.
Can I have live music at my event?
Yes! The hall can accommodate live entertainment. Please keep in mind local noise ordinances though.

How much set up time will I get?
As much as we’d like to put a definitive time block up for you, we simply cannot. Each event is individually unique in the amount of guests, time, day, equipment. Call or text our hall coordinator after submitting your inquiry and we promise she will give you a comprehensive run down of all your available options.
